PerformanSe is an HR platform offering soft-skills assessment questionnaires.
Always looking to improve its tools and user experiences, the company wanted to develop a bot to help users understand their reports. Candidates can discover their results and explore an interactive analysis, giving them a unique opportunity to better understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
Challenges
Provide a simple, fluid user experience within the platform. Integrate the bot without using the visual conventions of a customer-service chatbot, to give the tool a premium feel. Complete the project in 9 days (design only).
