Context
Smart O&M is a tool for monitoring and maintaining companies’ electrical and energy installations. Created by Engie Digital, it is aimed at local resellers who offer it to companies, whose technicians and managers then use it. It is a B2B2B2C tool. To develop it further and meet users’ needs, the team regularly updates the mobile platform for managers and the mobile application for technicians.
Challenges
The tool is complex and involves many intermediaries, so we do not have direct access to users.
